Located in Cairns, this is a permanent salaried position offering a nine-day fortnight with an RDO every second Friday.

About the Opportunity
The Project Support Officer will provide administration support to the project team, ensuring timely performance and compliance with company and customer requirements. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage project administrative functions
* Liaise with Repair Agents for security/access requirements
* Manage project registers, schedules, document control and variations
* Monitor project progress, address potential issues, and control Objective Quality Evidence (OQE)
* Prepare and maintain project email accounts and subsequent folders on the network drive
* Collect and analyze project data
* Report on outcomes to internal and external stakeholders
* Receipt and Invoice Goods
Requirements
* Australian Citizenship required for Baseline Security Clearance
* Minimum Diploma in Business Office Administration or relevant experience working in an administrative/project support role
* Practical experience and knowledge of the type of work reported on
* Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
* Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships and liaise across all levels
* Advanced knowledge and competency in Microsoft Office Programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Collaborative communication style with the ability to work effectively as a member of a team
Desirable Skills
* Proficient user of IFS or a similar ERP system
