What You'll Be Doing (Your Daily Missions)
* Helping with personal care - showers, dressing, grooming, all the real-life essentials
* Supporting people to stay comfortable and confident at home
* Lending a hand with everyday routines
* Following support plans like the legend you are
* Noticing the little things — and letting the right people know
What You'll Need in Your Utility Belt
* At least 3 months' experience in personal care, disability, or mental health support
* Cert III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Mental Health (or working towards it)
* Current First Aid & CPR
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
* Driver's license and reliable vehicle with CTP insurance
* A good sense of humour (non-negotiable — trust us)
