This role is being offered as permanent full-time.
Reporting to the General Manager, Capital Projects your role as Tenancy Delivery Manager, is to plan, prepare and manage all tenancy delivery activities across the refresh, creation and opening of existing and new retail tenancies across Hawaiian's portfolio of assets.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Provide Landlord works (LLW) cost estimates to Leasing / Property Managers (PM).
* Track LLW expenditure against approved budget.
* Minimise variations, justify and seek PM/General Manager (GM) approval for unavoidable costs.
* Track and record all LLW PO's.
* Confirm, communicate and manage Tenant defit requirements.
* Prepare and confirm Landlord works Scope of Works (SOW).
* Monthly hoarding rental invoices and PO's.
* CAPEX submission and raise/issue PO's
* Enquire on deal status with Lease Administrator / Leasing Manager.
* Review Expression of Interest / Offer to Lease to prepare and issue Handover Notice.
* Follow up Tenants on fit-out refresh SOW and schedule.
* Chase, collect and folder all certificates of compliance.
* Undertake defects inspection; prepare and issue Defects Inspection Report.
* Complete Tenant Onboarding Checklist to allow payment of fitout incentive
Qualification Requirements
* +5 years industry experience.
* Understanding of Project Management and Safe Work principles required.
* Knowledge of mechanical services, hydraulic systems and electrical.
* Strong Microsoft Office experience with the ability to quickly learn new systems with training.
* Valid West Australian Drivers Licence and own roadworthy vehicle.

* Well-developed planning and organisation skills including the ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple deadlines whilst delivering accurate and quality work.
* Highly developed conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities, the need for improvement and implement change.
* Ability to exercise initiative and work both independently and co-operatively as required.
* Experience in using Rapid Global contractor onboarding system is highly regarded.
