Job Title: Interior Design Consultant
Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Design Consultant to join our team. As an Interior Design Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on interior design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out Colour Selection appointments with clients and guide them through the specification and colour options available for new homes.
* Prepare for each appointment by familiarising yourself with document templates and relevant job-specific Contract and Plans.
* Ensure that all selections are recorded accurately and fully, and that the client signs to indicate their agreement.
* Follow up on all commitments/selections with the client within agreed time frames to ensure that selections are finalised at the earliest possible time.
* Liaise with suppliers and other departments regarding specification and colour selection queries;
* Monitor the presentation of Studio M to ensure it reflects the company's standards of customer service and professionalism.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous demonstrated experience in a similar role within a Residential Builder, Highly Regarded.
* Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor in Interior Design.
* Working knowledge of the building and construction process.
* Proven ability to work in a pivotal customer contact role in a customer-focused, time-critical working environment.
* Highly organised - ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities, with advanced administration skills.
* Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proven ability to work in a positive and professional manner in a goal-orientated environment.
* Highly organised - ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities;
* Intermediate Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, and OUTLOOK computer skills.
