We're looking for someone with: Strong understanding of customer service techniques, ideally gained in a hospitality or customer‐facing environment. Well-developed communication and relationship‐building skills, with the ability to liaise with diverse customers and resolve customer concerns effectively. Confident with basic numerical tasks and able to complete manual calculations accurately.
