We're looking for a new Showroom Superstar who can help turn warm enquiries into happy customers and completed installations. You'll provide consultations in-store, visit sites, prepare clear quotes, and hand over jobs seamlessly to our admin/digital team
What you'll do:
* Customer consults:
Welcome walk-ins and enquiries, ask great questions and offer helpful options. No pressure, just good advice.
* Prepare clear quotes:
Make things simple and easy to understand; book site visits as needed.
* Site visits & scoping:
Measure, photograph, and record everything installers need for smooth jobs.
* Keep your pipeline tidy:
Follow up promptly, keep your notes organised, and hand over accurately to admin.
* Be a Hearth House ambassador:
Represent our brand with pride, in-store and on-site.
You'll thrive here if you are:
* A confident and clear communicator - you love talking to people and making them feel at home.
* An organised self-start -
you can manage your calendar, notes, follow-ups and photos. You're comfortable with basic tech (email, spreadsheets etc) – we can train you on our tools
* Bonus points if you've dabbled in heating/cooling, retail, trade, home design or building/renovation work.
