The Role

We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Website Content and Form Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for updating content and forms on our retail bank branded websites; Police Bank, Border Bank, including forms and digital banking content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and an engaging user experience.

The role will require you to deploy content and test within the content management systems used on our sites - WordPress and Umbraco. Championing data-driven decision-making, you will utilise web analytics platforms and work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to develop test and learn frameworks and insights, as well as implement conversion strategies that improve user engagement and drive applications to the bank

Responsibilities

* Update and maintain website content using WordPress and Umbraco content management systems, including text, images, and multimedia elements.
* Implement website updates and enhancements to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives.
* Help to monitor and conduct website performance, SEO, security, content, accessibility, technical, and useability audits; providing reporting and recommendations for continuous improvement of site performance and functionality.
* Conduct regular audits and ensure website content is up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
* Develop and implement procedures and best practices for website content management, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
* Weekly reporting on search, website and form behaviour to gain an understanding of keyword queries and update products and forms to drive conversion.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to website functionality, performance, and usability in collaboration with internal IT teams and agency partners.
* Customise existing themes to meet brand requirements based on designs provided. Design and develop custom themes or functionality.
* Set up, configure and maintain Google Analytics (eg: custom events), Google Tag Manager (eg: custom tags), and other tracking tools to monitor website performance and generate reports for clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure web content aligns with brand messaging, promotions and company objectives

About You

* Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role is a must. You will have proficiency in a leading CMS platform (WordPress and/or Umbraco) as well as experience with form creation tools.
* Tertiary qualified in Information Technology or Digital Marketing
* Familiar with web analytics tools (e.g., Google analytics, Optimizly) and SEO best practices and Docusign (desirable)
* Solid knowledge of different browsers and can conduct testing, optimising and debugging
* Excellent project management skills sills including the ability to manage multiple priorities, ensuring tight deadlines are met, managed and communicated
* Able to define key work streams and tasks needed to complete each, express in a project plan, and work the plan to on-time completion, providing regular status updates as needed.
* Detailed oriented with a keen eye for design and aesthetics
* Understand website performance monitoring and how to optimise for improvement (accessibility guidelines, mobile, SEO, Google digital marketing suite
* Highly collaborative, able to work with various internal functions to meet their business needs
