We are seeking an experienced and strategic Change Manager to lead the change management and engagement efforts for a key institutional project: the uplift of our People Performance and Development Cycle (PPDC). This is a high-impact role focused on embedding a values-based, high-performance culture through effective stakeholder engagement, capability building, and structured change strategies. Working within the People & Culture Division, you will play a vital role in shaping how performance and development are understood, experienced, and sustained across academic and professional staff.
