About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated retail sales Assistant Store Manager to join our Heatherbrae and Dungog teams. As a vital member of our team, you will have the chance to make a real impact and create memorable shopping experiences for our valued customers.
* Lead by example and provide outstanding customer service.
* Assist the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Manage inventory, including stock replenishment and merchandising to maintain a visually appealing store.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase profitability.
* Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Handle customer enquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
