ACT (Fairbairn) - Brisbane considered for the right candidate 12-month contract 2 extensions Minimum NV1 Clearance Level 3 - Advanced Practitioner We are seeking a Project Officer to support a Defence capability program within the Army Aviation environment. This role will assist with the coordination and delivery of capability implementation activities for new and existing aviation platforms. Working closely with project managers, operational units, and Defence stakeholders, you will support project governance, scheduling, documentation management, and stakeholder coordination across a complex program environment. Key Responsibilities Provide project coordination and administrative support to capability implementation activities Assist with project schedules, reporting, and documentation management Coordinate with internal Defence teams, project offices, and operational stakeholders Support governance processes, working groups, and capability milestone activities Assist with planning and coordination of testing, evaluation, and capability delivery activities Assist with development of maritime role expansion requirements and activity coordination with RAN organisations Coordinate submission of evidence packs for milestone achievements and removal of operational limitations Assist the SO2 with coordination of routine capability governance boards Key Requirements Proficient with IT programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Proficient with Microsoft Project or other project management software Background experience with Army Aviation, military helicopters, and/or Apache Experience with capability management and/or project management Engineering, technical, or logistics background At Cleared Recruitment, we provide tailored recruitment solutions to individuals with a background in ICT, Engineering, Cyber and Project Services, who are seeking their next opportunity within Defence Industry, Federal Government, Intelligence and National Security.
