We are partnering with a leading national retail brand that is on an exciting growth journey and seeking a Franchise Growth Executive to join their team. The Opportunity
As the Franchise Growth Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the expansion of a well-established brand's franchise network across Australia. The role is highly relationship-focused, guiding potential franchise partners through every step of the recruitment process, from first conversations and financial reviews through to business planning and agreements.
You'll also have the chance to represent the brand at events and expos, deliver impactful sales campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure growth strategies are met.
Base pay range
A$130,000.00/yr - A$140,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and nurture prospective franchise partners for new and resale opportunities
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: presentations, interviews, financial/business plan reviews, and agreements
* Negotiate franchise agreements within defined frameworks
* Deliver and implement franchise sales and marketing campaigns
* Represent the brand at recruitment events, expos, and industry functions
* Collaborate internally to align with business growth objectives
* Travel interstate as required
About You
* 5+ years' experience in franchise sales, business development, or a similar role
* Understanding of the franchising industry and Franchising Code of Conduct
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse business plans and financials
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven
