The Mining and Industrial division is in a rapid growth phase, and there is a vacancy for an enthusiastic Contracts Coordinator to join the team and be a contributor to their business success. We are looking for someone who shares their passion for providing a unique comprehensive service capability that combines multiple products and brands for customers in the mining and industrial division. Key Accountabilities: Quoting mining kits to customers Sourcing best prices within the market and analysing pricing to ensure company profits are maximised Ensuring all databases and files are up to date Conduct RFQ/Tender and commercial negotiations on behalf of the company ensuring commercially sensitive/market information is maintained and provided on a consistent basis with all suppliers. Maintaining customer contracts and ensuring all pricing and kits are in line with the customers outlining agreements or contracts. Forecast and plan inventory stock levels based on potential sales Communicating with internal and external key stakeholders Essential Skills/Qualifications/Experience: Intermediate excel skills Fast learning High administrative skills High communication skills with a professional etiquette Ability to multitask while also being highly organised Effective time-management skills and being able to adhere to deadlines Desirable Skills/Qualifications/Experience: Experience in Sales and procurement Experience with quoting Commercial background Knowledge of heavy machinery and mining equipment Experience with stock planning Ability to work within a team as well as independently Strong negotiation skills About Toll People Toll People are Australia's most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff.
