You will provide strategic direction to a team of technicians, overseeing daily activities and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic leadership to drive operational excellence
Customer account management and business growth
Support Service Team Manager with asset optimization
Collaborate with Account Manager for monthly reporting and forecasting
Approve time sheets, purchase orders, and change orders
Review work programs for accuracy and feasibility
Manage sub-contractors effectively
Develop quotes and review technician quotes
People development - training and development of technicians
Requirements:
Relevant industry experience and fire trade license
Proven people management skills and technical expertise
Results-driven approach with strong goal setting and planning skills
Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
