You will split your time between site and our Sydney office with the flexibility to work one day a week from home.
This landmark Sydney project is a major apartment development that will set a new benchmark for urban living, placemaking and delivery excellence. Located in a high profile metropolitan precinct, the development combines design ambition, delivery complexity and stakeholder visibility in equal measure.
You will join at a pivotal stage of the project, with planning and design well advanced and a strong platform in place for delivery. This is a rare opportunity to take a leadership role on a high value residential program and help shape its success from pre construction through to completion.
What You Will Do
* Lead the end to end delivery of a landmark Sydney apartment project, ensuring performance across time, cost, quality, sustainability and commercial outcomes.
* Provide specialist project management leadership, methodology and structure to support one of Stockland's most significant residential developments.
* Partner closely with Development teams, design consultants, contractors, authorities and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless planning, design coordination, procurement and project approvals.
* Build trusted, influential relationships with contractors, consultants, sales, marketing, customer teams, government agencies and other stakeholders to deliver integrated, high quality outcomes.
* Champion safety, program, commercial management, design excellence and sustainability across all stages of delivery.
* Lead and mentor project managers and assistant project managers while building capability for future stages of this landmark development.
* Play a pivotal role in setting up the future delivery structure, with the opportunity to broaden your leadership across subsequent stages or adjacent projects as the program evolves.

Experience and Skills That Count
* A strong track record delivering complex, large scale apartment, mixed use or residential built form projects.
* Strong capability across design management, cost planning, programming, authority approvals, commercial management and construction delivery.
* A well established industry network and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
* Proven leadership experience building high performing project teams.
* Experience delivering premium or landmark residential developments in dense urban environments is highly regarded.
