The land and environment team plays a vital role in maintaining the gardens, kitchen gardens, open spaces, and natural bushland areas. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for general maintenance tasks such as weeding, pruning, planting, and mulching across various areas of the resort.
* Main responsibilities include:
* Maintenance of gardens, kitchen gardens, and natural bushland areas.
* Carrying out weeding, pruning, planting, and mulching tasks.
* Collaborating with other team members to achieve shared goals.
To succeed in this position, you should have:
* Experience and/or qualifications in horticulture or conservation and land management.
* A strong understanding of locally indigenous plants.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
* Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
