OverviewThe Package: $107,723.72 - $119,029.04 gross per annum + 12% super + 3.5% CLA.
(Evaluated as Grade 16 of the QPRC Salary System 2025).

Council is seeking a professional to join the Contracts and Projects Team, to provide engineering support and assistance in planning and delivering Council's capital infrastructure projects.Responsibilities Develop and deliver capital civil infrastructure projects from investigation, design through to construction.
Prepare and manage project budgets and time estimates, and lead delivery of required project approvals.
Prepare and manage contracts, and applying procurement processes Coordinate and supervise consultants and contractors, including surveillance of construction sites.Qualifications Currently holds a recognised bachelor's degree in civil engineering (or equivalent) Has demonstrated working experience in applying project management methodologies and practices to civil engineering works.
Has experience with procurement processes and contract administration.
Has sound time management, oral and written communication skills for a range of audiences.
