Do you have a passion for education? Then come join the team at genU Training! We are looking for a** **Registered/Enrolled Nurse to join our RTO as a **Sessional Trainer** to deliver various accredited and non-accredited Health Training including:
- Assist Clients with Medication
- Bowel/Catheter & Skin Integrity
- Medications & Infection Control
- Provide Personal Care
- Diabetes Awareness
- Epilepsy
- Peg Feeding
- TAC Acquired Brain Injury
- TAC Spinal Cord Injury
As a **Sessional Trainer,** your main accountabilities will include:
- Deliver professional and engaging training;
- Sourcing & organising student work experience placements;
- Participate in the development of assessment strategies & tools;
- Conduct initial training reviews to determine individual needs of the clients;
- Maintain a quality service delivery that optimises stakeholder satisfaction; and more!
**_We are looking for someone who is flexible with training delivery hours and willing to travel to deliver on-site training across Victoria._**
**About You!**:
As a **Sessional Trainer** you are an exceptional individual with the skills and enthusiasm to provide our learners with an engaging and meaningful learning experience.
- Essential Requirements:_
- To be successful for this role you will need to be either a **Registered Nurse** or **Registered Enrolled Nurse.**:
- Qualifications in either of the following below, along with currency in any of the industries:
- First aid
- Health Care
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its successor or TAE40110
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the following units: TAELLN411 (or its successor) or TAELLN401A, and TAEASS502 (or its successor) or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B or a diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education.
- Current valid driver's licence and willingness to travel is required
- Strong administration and office management skills
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- All applicants will be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and meet the requirements of the genU Covid-19 Vaccination Policy. You will be required to provide evidence of your vaccinations during the recruitment process
