We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic RN to join our busy privately family owned Practice.
The successful candidate will work closely with our friendly GP's, existing Practice Nurses and Administrative Staff to provide clinical support, health education and preventative care to our patients.
The key duties for the position are listed below:
* Provide Nursing support for GP's, including Triage and patient care.
* Administer Immunisations, wound care, dressings, and other nursing procedures.
* Assist with Health Assessments, Chronic Disease Management Plans.
* Conduct diagnostic tests such as ECGs.
* Maintain and update patient records and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
* Support Infection control, cold chain management & accreditation processes.
