Program Overview
Our two‐year Graduate Development Program is designed to give you a smooth start to your consulting career. Throughout the program, you'll work with peers, managers, and mentors to tackle challenges across engineering, science, project management, architecture, and other consulting specialties.
Responsibilities
* Work in design teams to deliver projects, contribute to bids and tenders, and gain site experience.
* In the first year, gain fundamentals of consulting and learn how to find your rhythm in the industry.
* In the second year, customize your development to deepen technical skills or acquire mentorship‐driven knowledge.
Program Structure and Opportunities
* Explore various career pathways available at GHD.
* Engage in occasional on‐site work as projects demand.
Start Dates
Most full‐time roles begin in February 2027, with some earlier start dates in mid‐2026. Casual work opportunities may be available during the final year of study.
