About Our Program
Our tailored program is designed to give graduates an opportunity to launch their career in maritime and infrastructure. With a focus on professional and personal growth, leadership development, industry-relevant skills, and networking opportunities, our program is an exciting platform to launch your career in a supportive environment.
The program sees graduates rotate across divisions within TasPorts, in addition to leading at least one continuous improvement initiative to support TasPorts' focus on innovation.

About You
We're looking for curious, highly motivated individuals ready to launch their career in a challenging and rewarding industry. To be eligible, you must have:
* A minimum of a three-year undergraduate degree or completed your postgraduate degree (or the same as level 7 and above of the Australian Qualifications Framework) between 1 January 2024 and 31 January 2026.
* The right to work in Australia (Australian or New Zealand citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold a visa that allows you to work full-time in Australia until 2027).
* Availability to start work in Tasmania by February 2026.
