The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing phone calls, greeting clients, performing receptionist duties, and handling various clerical tasks.
The role also includes maintaining a welcoming reception area, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service to clients.QualificationsProficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist DutiesStrong Clerical Skills and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficientlyExcellent Communication skills, both verbal and writtenExceptional Customer Service skills to ensure a positive client experienceStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and manage time effectivelyPrior experience in a receptionist or front desk role is an advantagePrior experience in conveyancing would be a prerogative
