Job Description
This senior-level position provides expert technical guidance to supervisors and skilled staff on the successful completion of maintenance activities across a variety of public infrastructure assets, including roads, stormwater systems, coastal areas, open spaces, parks, sports facilities, and cemeteries.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintaining council's natural assets, restoring habitats, improving water quality, and reducing the impact of invasive species. They will also support local environmental volunteer groups, community work programs, and environmental events.
Requirements
* A Certificate IV in Leadership and Management or equivalent qualifications are mandatory.
* Certificate IV in Conservation and Land Management, Landscape Ecology, Biology, or other relevant qualification and experience are also required.
