The role
Be part of our friendly team that provides great care to our local community and their families. Angliss SCN is a capability level 3 unit of 8 cots. We care for babies inborn from 34 weeks and ongoing care for out born babies from 32 weeks. Our capability enables the delivery of NIV therapies including Bubble CPAP, HF & MIST. Our extensive multidisciplinary teams work closely together to support best outcomes for the babies. We have a very supportive learning and teaching program with opportunities for further development in this leadership role.
About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
4. Current RN/RM registration with AHPRA
5. Post Graduate qualifications in NICU desirable
6. Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
7. A strong commitment to high quality care
8. The ability to work as part of a diverse team
9. Excellent communication and organisational skills
