About the Role
We are seeking experienced Personal Care Workers to provide caring, compassionate, respectful, and high-quality support across the Sutherland Shire area.
* Typical visits range from 2–6 hours
* Mix of weekday shifts and some weekend availability required
* Flexible casual opportunities available
* Must be living near the Sutherland Shire, NSW
In This Role, You Will:
* Provide personal care with dignity and respect
* Offer social support and companionship
* Assist with meal preparation
* Prompt and assist with medications
* Perform domestic assistance
* Transport clients to appointments and shopping
* Develop and follow personalised support plans with clients
* Encourage independence and improve overall wellbeing
Must Haves
* Certificate III (or higher) in Aged Care or Disability Services
* Valid Australian Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
* Satisfactory Australian National Police Check
* Current (or willing to obtain) First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Authorised to work in Australia
* Living locally to the Sutherland Shire area
Nice to Haves
* Experience in Dementia Care
* Experience in Disability Support
* Availability for morning and mid-morning weekday shifts
* Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
