About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Online Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of short-term and/or long-term rental properties remotely. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, customer-focused, and experienced in handling online booking platforms, guest communications, and property coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage property listings across platforms (e.g., Airbnb,, Vrbo, etc.)
* Respond promptly to guest inquiries and booking requests
* Coordinate check-ins and check-outs remotely
* Handle guest communication before, during, and after stays
* Manage pricing updates and calendar availability
* Oversee cleaning and maintenance schedules by liaising with local teams
* Resolve guest issues and complaints professionally and efficiently
* Monitor reviews and maintain high guest satisfaction ratings
* Process bookings, cancellations, and refunds in line with company policies
* Track occupancy rates and provide performance reports
Requirements
* Proven experience in property management, short-term rentals, or hospitality
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with booking platforms (Airbnb,, etc.)
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively
* Proficiency with property management software is an advantage
* Reliable internet connection and home office setup
Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of dynamic pricing tools
* Customer service or hospitality background
* Experience coordinating remote teams (cleaners, maintenance contractors)
* Basic financial tracking and reporting skills
