Duties & responsibilities:
* Carry out both residential electrical and air conditioning work to a high standard of quality and in a timely manner
* Communicate clearly with all customers regarding job commencement, timeframes & completions
* Ensure that your tools are kept in good working order and that any issues with machinery or your work vehicle are reported
* Maintain a level of cleanliness within your vehicle, routinely checking & replenishing oil and water as needed
* Monitor stock levels within our warehouse & your vehicle
* Leave work sites & properties in a clean and tidy condition at the completion of a job
* Participate in team meetings with your input & ideas, contributing to to the overall team spirit
* Share your expertise with other staff, especially apprentices
Experience & attributes:
* Minimum of 2 years' post apprenticeship experience & full Electrical qualifications
* Air Conditioning experience is required
* Experience with job management software, quoting & invoicing onsite
* Ability to work unsupervised, run your own jobs & train apprentices
* Preferably lives within 15Km of our workshop
* Your own tools of the trade
* Excellent personal presentation and communications skills with customers & colleagues
* Full Australian driver's license
* Reliable & punctual
* Must have Servicem8 or another job management program experience
