Due to company growth, we are seeking a Project Manager to join our team full-time in Gordonvale, Cairns. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong site management experience who's ready to take ownership of a major project and continue building their career with us.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering a premium residential lifestyle community just outside Cairns. This is a hands-on, site-based role where you'll coordinate multiple contractors, monitor progress, and ensure quality standards are met.
You'll be involved in a long-term project (6–8 years), with civil works underway and clubhouse and home construction commencing shortly. With up to four principal contractors on site, your ability to maintain harmony, uphold standards, and keep the program on track will be critical.

Key Responsibilities
* Daily onsite presence to monitor progress, manage contractors, and maintain program timelines.
* Act as the central point of contact for civil and building contractors, ensuring collaboration and accountability.
* Conduct regular quality control and defect inspections, particularly as homes near completion.
* Oversee WH&S compliance and site security, including daily perimeter checks.
* Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders, including remote teams.
* Liaise with customers during the sales and settlement process, ensuring a smooth experience.
About You
* Proven experience as a Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or Project Manager in residential building.
* Trade background (ideally carpentry) with exposure to commercial project management.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage contractors and resolve site issues diplomatically.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain high standards of reporting and compliance.
* Comfortable working full-time onsite (Monday–Friday).
