Role Overview
You will be the face of St. George helping our customers reach their financial objectives! Join a supportive team at the Murwillumbah branch. This permanent part‐time role requires 22 hours per week and focuses on providing customer service within the local community.
Responsibilities
* Provide friendly and efficient customer service to help customers with all their banking needs.
* Build and maintain long‐term relationships with customers, understanding their current needs and future plans.
* Promote relevant banking, wealth, and insurance products to customers.

Qualifications
* Experience in customer service is required, particularly where sales were involved.
* Strong relationship‐building skills and confidence in managing customer relationships long term.
* Business or financial knowledge is an advantage.
