Find out more and .**Your Opportunity**Mission Australia's Café One (Cairns) is a social enterprise program which provides people with a history of rough sleeping and chronic homelessness and social exclusion the opportunity to participate in vocational training and employment.Operating since 2016, Café One is more than just a job; Café One is a step on the journey towards independence, giving participants a sense of pride, achievement, and to gain skills in order to become financially independent.The primary responsibility of the Café One Coordinator is to develop, prepare, support and assess the trainees who are undertaking the qualification of Certificate 1 in Hospitality and the barista course, in accordance with contractual and compliance requirements.
