Opportunity Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for an entry-level professional to join our team as a Support Adviser. As a Support Adviser, you will collaborate with our experienced Risk Advisers to assist in client management and servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to Risk Advisers
* Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, fax, and mail
* Maintain relationships with clients for provision of financial services
* Accurately manage client files, meeting compliance requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Administrative or customer service background
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
