Early Childhood Educator Role
Job Summary
This is a pioneering role in Tasmania's first 3-year-old Early Learning Program, focusing on nurturing children's strengths, interests and social connections.
The ideal candidate will be a skilled Certificate III Qualified Early Childhood Educator with a track record of supporting early learning programs.
This casual role is based in Devonport and requires demonstrated understanding of quality frameworks and continuous quality improvement processes.
Responsibilities
* Support a dedicated team focused on teaching values that reflect the community: kindness, reliability, and teamwork.
* Contribute to increasing annual leave entitlements through our purchase leave program.

Requirements
* Certificate III Qualification in Early Childhood Education.
* Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of early childhood development and education.
* Understanding of the Early Years Learning and Development Frameworks and National Quality Framework.
