Applicants must have Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) or Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) or Fellowship of the Australian College of Emergency Medicine (FACEM) or equivalent.Demonstrated clinical expertise and leadership in a relevant area of practice within a complex public health organisation, including the ability to manage teams, adapt practice based on contemporary evidence, and lead workforce development aligned with MNCLHD HITH priorities.Demonstrated ability to provide advanced medical care across both inpatient and ambulatory settings, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centred care.Proven capability to develop, implement and evaluate complex strategic initiatives, including service redesign, change management, innovation, and performance improvement to meet evolving models of care.Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective collaborative relationships, engage stakeholders, and influence across professional and organisational boundaries.Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, quality and compliance processes, including leading or contributing to audits, incident reviews, research, service redesign and continuous quality improvement initiatives.Comprehensive understanding of medical training accreditation processes, with proven experience in delivering interprofessional education, supervision, and the development of medical training pathways.Current NSW Drivers Licence and ability to travel as required.Please use the following links to Apply via eCredential for your preferred position and/or location (applications for more than one position are accepted).
