The Position

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Assisting with routine inspections and ingoing condition reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
• Supporting vacate inspections, helping maintain high standards for property management.
• Helping with letting and leasing management, contributing to smooth and seamless tenant transitions.

What You'll Need
• You must hold a property management real estate license or be currently studying to attain it.
• You're based in the Adelaide Hills – you live here, love the region, and want to work in a community you care about.
• You have a customer-first approach, with great communication and problem-solving skills.
• Prior real estate experience is desirable but not essential – we value attitude over experience and will provide full training. Experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is a great foundation.
