We are seeking a Workflow Automation Lead to join our Corporate Services Group, a key division within DEECA that drives good governance and delivers efficient, integrated services across the department. As the Workflow Automation Lead, you will lead the adoption and development of workflow automation solutions, leveraging technologies like the Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and more. You will also oversee the lifecycle management of various applications and services, providing robust and scalable solutions that meet the department's needs, now and into the future. Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications * Formal tertiary qualifications in Information Systems or related discipline * Extensive experience in providing design, development, advice and support regarding the Microsoft Stack, Azure development, Agile Methodology, server-side development, database development and front-end technology development. * Extensive experience in process digitalisation and automation using Power platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) including solution design, development, and support. Troubleshoot and solve problems related to development of new services, plus the operational support of services already in production. * Deep understanding and proven track record of working with vendor solutions across architecture, configuration, customisation, and optimisation, as well as experience with SharePoint, developing in a Cloud environment, working with DevOps practices, development of integration components such as APIs. * Experience with ServiceNow, Power BI and MS Dynamics will be highly regarded. * Demonstrated ability to use strong technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills to find problems and then utilize superior interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with peers to design and deliver solutions, while working on simultaneous projects with challenging timelines. * Strong ability to self-manage time and responsibilities to achieve business and project objectives, including diagnosing and troubleshooting independently across one to two applications.
