Retail Store Leadership Role

The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory and/or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industry. They should possess excellent communication skills, extensive people management skills, and the ability to recruit, mentor, and motivate a team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Achieving sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage, and mystery shops
* Managing stock levels and visual merchandising to drive sales growth
* Mentoring and developing a team of sales associates to meet performance targets
