About the Role: As a Home Carer with H1 Healthcare, you will support individuals living in their own homes by providing essential care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities. You will be part of an experienced and supportive agency team, with access to a high volume of shifts across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities: Domestic assistance (cleaning, cooking, laundry) Personal care (showering, grooming, toileting) Companionship and emotional support Transport to appointments, errands, and outings Manual handling and mobility support Note: Many shifts available - both regular and ad hoc.
