About the Role

The role of Business Mentor is to deliver a range of programs under our Self-Employment Assistance Program. This position will be required to work with participants who are exploring self-employment as well as existing small business owners and operators who are looking for additional support and advice to keep their business ventures viable. Owning a dedicated region, the position will also contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the national program delivery. The position is also expected to ensure that all administrative aspects are completed in the required timeframes and to a high professional standard. You are also responsible for ensuring that program delivery is in accordance with all contractual and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver programs under the Self-Employment Assistance Program
* Work with participants exploring self-employment and existing small business owners/operators
* Contribute to the enhancement of national program delivery
* Ensure administrative aspects are completed on time and to a high standard
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have solid customer service and administrative skills, as well as the ability to build successful relationships. Previous experience in providing exceptional customer service and administration with sound computer literacy skills would be an advantage. You should thrive working collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
