Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive support professional to assist our Competition, Climate and Technology team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting correspondence, document preparation, and amendments
* Coordination of meetings and travel arrangements
* Maintenance of client databases and key contact information
* File management including opening and closing files, electronic and physical filing systems
* Reconciliation of corporate expenses
* Liaising with clients and various stakeholders
* Management of client-specific and complex billing requirements
* Reporting and administration tasks for clients and matters
Requirements:
* Experience in an administrative or secretarial role
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills including document creation and presentation
* A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational ability
* A strong focus on client satisfaction
