We’re recruiting for a 3‑month temporary Customer Service Officer with potential extension, based in Moorabbin working within the manufacturing and industrial products sector. You’ll work full‑time with a small, close‑knit team of 3, delivering excellent service to internal and external customers. About the Role In this hands‑on role, you’ll be responsible for: Managing end‑to‑end customer service and key account support Handling customer enquiries and issue resolution via phone, email, and online systems Processing orders, changes, pricing, and credits within SAP Maintaining accurate customer records using CRM systems Supporting sales and logistics teams to ensure timely, accurate service delivery Collaborating with internal and offshore service teams to enhance customer experience This role plays a vital part in supporting the flow of orders and communications within a business that supports packaging solutions across food, beverage, household, and industrial markets. What You’ll Bring Mandatory SAP experience in a customer service or sales support environment Experience with CRM systems such as Dynamics or similar Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and organisational ability Ability to work effectively in a small team and fast‑paced environment Customer‑centric attitude with the ability to manage competing priorities Previous experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or packaging industries is advantageous but not essential.
