Role Description

This is a Part time, in office role for a Tax Accountant located in Box Hill North, VIC.

The Tax Accountant will be responsible for preparing tax returns, ensuring tax compliance, and providing expert guidance on tax-related matters. Additional tasks include preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing accounting records, and ensuring accurate reporting to support clients' financial health.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tax Compliance, Tax Preparation, and understanding of tax regulations
• Experience with Accounting and preparing accurate Financial Statements
• Strong attention to detail and problem‐solving skills
• Knowledge of local tax laws and regulations applicable in Australia
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Skilled certification (e.g., IPA, CPA or CA) is highly desirable
