About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Motel Manager.
This position is based at the Ashwood Motel in West Gosford on the Central Coast.
You will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities will include:
* Oversee all daily motel operations including front office, housekeeping, maintenance and guest services.
* Manage budgets, occupancy, and cost controls to drive profitability.
* Ensure compliance with all WHS, licensing and operational standards.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
* Proven experience in hotel or motel management, ideally in a hands-on regional setting.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
* Organised, proactive and comfortable managing both operations and strategy.
