Take full charge of the sales business of medium and low-voltage switchgears, medium and low-voltage busbars, transformers, and packaged substations in Australia. Formulate regional sales strategies and targets to ensure the achievement of annual sales volume and market share.
Develop and maintain local core customers (e.g., power companies, EPC contractors, industrial enterprises), establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships, and resolve key issues in customer collaboration.
Conduct research on local power equipment market, including market trends, policies & regulations, and competitors. Deliver market analysis reports to provide insights for the company's product iteration and strategic adjustments.
Build and lead the regional sales team. Develop team training and assessment plans to enhance the team's professional capabilities and sales performance.
Coordinate with the company's internal departments (production, technology, after-sales, etc.) to ensure efficient progress in order delivery, technical support, and customer service.
Job Qualifications
* Education & Major Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, International Trade or related fields.
* At least 5 years of sales experience in power equipment in Australia (priority given to experience with medium and low-voltage switchgears, busbars, transformers, etc.).
* Track record of successfully developing customers in the power industry and securing large-value orders. Familiarity with local power project bidding and tendering processes is required.
* In-depth understanding of local power market policies, power grid construction plans, and customer needs. Ability to accurately match the company's products (medium and low-voltage switchgears, transformers, etc.) to develop sales solutions.
* Excellent business negotiation skills and customer relationship management capabilities. Ability to independently communicate with senior-level customers and drive cooperation to completion.
* Mastery of professional knowledge of power equipment. Ability to clearly explain the product's technical advantages, performance parameters, and application scenarios to customers.
* Language & Literacy Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing without barriers). Proficiency in local language is a plus, enabling smooth communication with local customers and teams. Comprehensive Literacy: Strong sense of target orientation, pressure resistance, and team management skills. Willingness to work on long-term business trips or be stationed in Indonesia. Experience in cross-cultural collaboration is preferred.
