About the position
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager in Darwin to step into this exciting leadership role. Working closely alongside the Area Manager and supporting your team you will be responsible for providing excellent sales techniques, customer service, and displaying leadership skills to encourage the store to be the best
Responsibilities
Lead and develop a strong sales team to provide impeccable customer experience. All stock operations from visual merchandising, stock-taking, and stock management, driving of sales, KPI management and in-store performance. Manage all staff management duties, rostering, reporting, training, product knowledge, and team motivation.
Skills and experiences required
* Strong ability to motivate and engage your team, displaying strong leadership skills.
* Proven ability to manage large volumes of incoming and outgoing stock.
* Experience in reaching, driving, and exceeding KPI's and sales targets.
* Demonstrating creative visual merchandising skills to ensure store display attracts customers.
* Managing team performances, including monitoring sales and performance indicators.
* Exceptional customer service and interaction, creating a unique and rewarding experience for customers.
