is a full-time leadership role within the Sephora Macquarie Centre store.
Sephora is part of the Global Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy Group. We operate across Australia and New Zealand with stores, an online platform, and a growing presence. This role is part of the Management team at the Macquarie Centre store and involves leading a team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
The opportunity
As a Floor Manager, you will be our Senior Beauty Advisor and will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in leading the store team in a rapid-paced retail environment to deliver an unbeatable client experience.
Responsibilities
Be the role model to the team by embodying Sephora's DNA and delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience.
Drive a selling culture to exceed KPI targets and support the growth and development of team members through coaching.
Utilise and interpret reporting data to inform operational decisions, working with the Store Manager, ASM and Senior Beauty Advisors.
Foster open communication by providing feedback and consistent updates to the Management team.
Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and cast member matters, making store decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Work across categories (beauty, skincare, haircare, wellness) and store functions (sales, management, back-of-house operations).
Qualifications & experience
Previous retail management experience, including profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for daily reporting and data interpretation.
A hands-on leader who motivates, coaches, and helps store team members succeed on the sales floor.
A passion for excellent client service and experiential retail to represent the Sephora brand.
A track record of driving sales targets and KPIs with a positive culture that values feedback, development, and recognition.
Willingness to work a rotating roster to meet store needs.
Requirements
Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents only.
Availability for 5 full days including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading to support peak times.
