About Our Client
Our client is a prominent Australian property group with a diversified portfolio spanning retail, hospitality, mixed use developments and high‐end residential projects. As they continue to grow their asset portfolio, they are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to lead strategy, execution and brand positioning across key assets.
Job Description
In this newly created role, you will drive the end‐to‐end marketing strategy for a major development project, including residential off‐the‐plan campaigns, retail leasing support, hotel brand development and pre‐launch activity, events, PR, creative collateral and stakeholder communication. Beyond this marquee project, you will also coordinate and supervise marketing managers across a portfolio of retail centres, hotels and mixed‐use assets, ensuring cohesive brand alignment, commercial focus and consistent execution.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with commercial, leasing and development objectives
* Lead the marketing roll‐out for a major luxury lifestyle destination, including residential sales campaigns and hotel brand pre‐launch activity
* Partner closely with development, leasing, asset management and external agencies to deliver cohesive market positioning
* Oversee PR, events, digital content, campaign reporting and all associated marketing collateral
* Provide leadership, coaching and oversight across asset‐level marketing teams
* Manage budgets, timelines and stakeholder communication across multiple assets simultaneously
* Ensure all marketing activity enhances asset performance, visitor engagement and long‐term brand value
The Successful Applicant
You are a commercially minded marketing professional with demonstrated experience across retail property, shopping centres, hotels, mixed‐use developments or project marketing. You thrive in environments that blend strategy with hands‐on execution and enjoy working across complex, high‐value assets.
You will bring:
* Strong experience in property, lifestyle, retail or hospitality marketing
* A track record delivering integrated campaigns across multiple asset types
* Understanding of residential project marketing and off‐the‐plan sales drivers
* Capability to manage branding, PR, events, content and digital channels
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across internal teams and external agencies
* Leadership experience with the ability to guide and support asset‐level marketers
* High attention to detail, commercial acumen and the ability to manage competing priorities
