Great hours: no weekend work, part time or full time, flexible hours available – we're looking for the right person to join our team.
As part of the chocolate making team you will be responsible for the bean to bar production from start to finish. Your working week will involve a mix of bean to bar chocolate production, tempering chocolate bars and panning items.
Core job duties include yet are not limited to:-
· Chocolate production whilst ensuring the highest level of chocolate quality, taste & preparation occurs
· Control the cost of goods by proper methods of chocolate preparation, handling & storage of product
· Anticipate and resolve problems concerning all facets of production
· Assist with the creation of new menu items
· Maintain effective working relationship with management and café staff

About You
· Pastry chef qualifications or equivalent work experience
· Skilled at tempering chocolate, panning skills highly desirable
· Be suitable for physical & repetitive work
· Positive attitude & keen eye for detail
· Be passionate about chocolate
· Ability to work unsupervised & within time restrictions
