About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Maintenance Operations Leader to join our team. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will lead a multidisciplinary maintenance and support team delivering serviceable jets on the flight line to meet the required flying program while supporting the scheduled and emergent line maintenance activities.
Your Responsibilities:
* Lead day-to-day operations to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient MRO execution in accordance with approved procedures and technical data.
* Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to technicians and engineers, promoting a culture of first-time quality, safety, and accountability.
* Closely coordinate with maintenance planning, fleet management, engineering,and supply chain to achieve schedule performance resource efficiency across both RAAF entities.
* Sustain continuous improvement initiativesand process standardisation across maintenances operations.
