About the Opportunity
The Clinical Educator Physiotherapist role presents a dynamic opportunity to combine advanced clinical expertise with leadership in education and service development.
The Clinical Educator provides clinical and administrative leadership, monitoring of professional standards, contributes to workforce planning and practice development.
The position works closely with the Physiotherapy Head of Department to contribute to quality, safety and implementation and evaluation of Physiotherapy Services.
What You'll be Doing
The Clinical Educator Physiotherapist position offers an exciting opportunity to blend advanced clinical expertise with leadership in education and service development.
This role provides clinical and administrative leadership, ensuring professional standards are met while contributing to workforce planning and practice development.
Working closely with the Physiotherapy Head of Department, the Clinical Educator plays a key role in driving quality, safety, and the implementation and evaluation of physiotherapy services.

Where You'll Be Working
Liverpool Hospital is the major health service for south-western Sydney, providing services to the local government area of Liverpool City Council as well as district services to residents and visitors in the area.
It also provides a range of state-wide services in areas such as critical care and trauma, neonatal intensive care and brain injury rehabilitation.
The Hospital provides a health service of international standing, with 23 operating theatres, capacity for 877 beds, diagnostic and imaging services, emergency and trauma care, maternity, paediatric, cancer care, mental health, ambulatory care, allied health and medical and surgical services from birth to aged care.
Liverpool Hospital is currently undergoing a major redevelopment.
The $790 million Liverpool Health and Academic Precinct (LHAP) project will provide enhanced facilities and an increased capacity to meet future significant population growth for South Western Sydney.

Extensive clinical speciality experience in Neurosciences, Aged Care and/or Rehabilitation, including advanced practice skills and management of a complex Physiotherapy caseload.
Demonstrated clinical education skills and experience including the management and coordination of student placements.
Demonstrated experience in providing clinical leadership, consultation, supervision and education for staff and/or students.
Demonstrated commitment to professional development and ability to implement evidence-based practice.
