We are looking for a Customer Service Manager, to lead, coach and develop our internal Sales team located in Mount ISA, QLD. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy office environment in a role where you can demonstrate your passion for exceptional customer service and lead team.
Reporting to the Branch Manager you will;
* Deliver and maintain high standards of customer service & communication within your own team and other teams in the ATOM network to ensure we provide the service levels ATOM customers' expect
* Lead and motivate the team to achieve company driven initiatives
* Effectively manage staff and be a responsive leader
* Provide broad range of support function including assistance to the Branch Manager
* Assisting the external and internal sales teams with quotation responses and expediting orders within agreed timeframes
* Manage the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager
To be a successful, we are looking for a person with;
* Demonstrated experience as a sales professional and knowledge of industrial hardware and safety equipment
* Advanced computer literacy skills – MS Office
* Demonstrated time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
* Experience mentoring, leading and fostering a high-performance team who enjoy coming to work each day
* Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
