Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Cluster Manager to oversee a portfolio of stores across Chadstone Shopping Centre.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will lead, inspire, and develop Store Managers and their teams to deliver sales growth, operational excellence, and brand consistency.
Responsibilities
Drive sales and KPI performance across your region through effective leadership and coaching.
Ensure an exceptional and consistent customer experience across all locations.
Lead, inspire and develop staff members, fostering high-performing teams.
Oversee store presentation, VM standards, and stock management.
Monitor financial performance including wages, shrinkage and controllable costs.
Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and omni-channel experiences.
Build solid internal relationships and act as a true brand ambassador.
Managing and overseeing 1 boutique and 2 concessions.
What We're Looking For
Proven multi-site or large-format management experience in fashion, lifestyle or a related retail sector.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse reports and deliver results.
A hands-on leader who inspires, motivates and develops others.
Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering elevated service.
Adaptable, resilient and confident managing change in a fast-paced environment.
